My purchases of tools have always been adequate for use around the house. The personnel at Brockport, New York’s Store # 00717 is usually helpful, kind, and well-maintained. A special thanks goes out to Riesen, who not only made sure I got a card and was enrolled in the loyalty program, but also provided excellent customer service.
