I purchased an anemone on Friday the 17th of February and 2 days later it died . I chatted with a lady and her name was maryjoyce G on chat and explained to her it was a saltwater item and she said I can get a full refund for 39.99. Then I call the customer service number and tell them the same thing and they tell me no . Then I call the store I bought it under and they said they are waiting for an email from maryjoyce so they can return your item . Tired of the run around just to get a return on a 40.00 item !! This is crap
