I wanted to express my gratitude to the Pottery Barn for Kids customer service staff, as well as the entire Williams-Sonoma Inc. team, for their assistance in helping me with a very special birthday present for my grandson. Unintentionally, I had ordered a chair and mailed it to the incorrect location. Even though things did not go as “expected,” they managed to deliver the chair before his birthday to the updated address at no extra expense. The chair is also *loved* by my grandson. I wanted to sincerely thank the staff for all of their assistance because I know how much work they put in to make this happen, having worked in customer service for a Fortune 1000 firm!
