The service is good. It’s fairly reliable in my neighborhood, plus I can use my own phone. I try to avoid calling customer service whenever possible because they are unreliable. I can’t register for the rewards, and they won’t help. All they said was to give me a call to check my point amount because I can’t access it on the app.
