Sir/ Ma’am,

I frequently patronize FedEx through shipping and receiving packages, books, and other items during the year to my home and other locations throughout the states. This was my first time dealing with FedEx in Greenville, NC and I must admit I was very dissatisfied with the service and unprofessionalism that was displayed.
My package was projected to be delivered by 01/03/20 by 9.pm. The office was graceful enough to call me and inform me that the driver was unable to locate the address provided. I must admit that it was my fault I listed the incorrect address. The time called was around 1:15 pm by Adam. He contacted the driver and provided him with the correct address. I thought the package would be accepted that evening since I was told that FedEx delivered until 9 pm. However, the package did not arrive that Friday evening, nor did it arrive the next day. I called early Saturday morning, spoke with someone who said that the package would be delivered by 9 pm that evening. After 2 pm, I begin to call but there was no answer. I did not contact anyone in the Greenville office until Monday morning. I spoke with Adam. He was very helpful, professional and apologetic informing me that the package would be delivered that evening, by the end of the day, giving me his word.
When the delivery trucked arrived the young man was on his cell. He continued to talk to someone while carrying the 40-inch flat-screen in one hand and his cell phone in the other. During the entire time, he continued to talk to the other party on his phone only speaking to ask the individual if she was Aletha Harris. She said “yes,” and her nephew came out and took the television from the driver in fear of him dropping it. He never acknowledged her or apologized for the mix-up or two-day delay. Her nephew took the television as the driver continued to talk, once the television was in their possession the driver headed back to the truck and drove off talking his cell phone.
I have never had this problem with UPS or any other delivery agency. I must be honest it was the first time that FedEx delivery personnel displayed such blunt unprofessionalism by not addressing the customer or even acknowledging them. There was a lot of trouble trying to figure out if the package was to go to Greenville or Rocky Mount when it cleared read Greenville. I have not lived in Greenville in over 25 years, but this is the first discrepancy I have encountered with FedEx. I often send packages back to the states to family members and friends or order items online for my family and friends. I hope this incident was an isolated occurrence because if not I prefer to patronize another delivery company in the efforts of my package or gifts arriving in a timely manner and some professional courtesy displayed by the driver instead of being ignored while they are engaged in a personal conversation. I was unaware that the state of North Carolina allowed drivers to talk on cell phones without hands-free devices. I thought that most states advocated zero tolerance in talking on the cell without a hand free device. I guess I was mistaken.

Horrible. Some weak, lazy, rushed driver put a Chewy box containing dry cat food in front of my garage door. When I left, I backed over it. Now my cats get dust instead of whole kibble. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. Your fuggin company is the worst. Jeffery Epstein yourself.
