I truly dislike the fact that everytime I get a shipment from FEDEX on a weekend they put customer not available (lies since I have 2 small children and do not leave my house and work from home so I find this very very hard to believe) business closed (not a business which is the same thing as last time)
I called and spoke to the manager of the warehouse and their higher ups and your drivers are nothing but dishonest and full of it. Lazy people that get paid to do a job and write something incorrect because they do not want to deliver a package.

My shipment was loaded on a truck for delivery on 7/30 at 0850 at 0250 7/31 it was out for delivery. now it seems it won't be delivered til Monday 8/3. WHAT IN THE HECK HAPPENED?, THE DRIVER JUST SAID I'AM TIRED.. I WANT MY PACKAGE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #136128795307
I have had many packages go to the wring place or never reach me, Pay your EMPLOYEES enough to want to keep their jobs and hazard pay through out the Pandemic, The Big Boys at the Top can sacrifice some money, Stop the madness and pay a living wage. I want my packages , they are essential when it is food, Human or pet. FED EX is a bad company, Please deliver the packages to the USPS so we can have our goods.
I just lost my 3rd shipment going threw New Jersey shipping center.. Tracking just goes dead does not move.. Being hard times I think that the employees are stealing stuff.. They make it look like they put on a truck when they don't. Once the trucks get to the next shipping center the goods are not in that truck.. Lets see 1+1=2 wake up fed x you have crooks working for you.. Really pissed off.. I have to wait 5 days for refunds which really sucks.. It ties up my credit card until I get the refund.. And it's not easy to get a refund because the way the system is set up.... FEDEX hires some real good workers.. NOT
Your driver speeds down the street, doesnt stop at stop signs..not even a california roll.....hes almost hit me once and im getting sick and tired of it. Im about to call the police and report.him for unsafe, erratic speeds and reckless endangerment. Honestly, there is no reason you could justify to me for his lack of concern for everyone who happens to be in his way while driving. Fire him or retrain him but get him off the road.
I'm expecting a package to be delivered. The FedEx driver arrives with the pack, but he has never once knocked on the door nor rang the doorbell. I'm home, but he falsely reports back to FedEx that no one was home. It's a lie. I'm home every day. Instead he keeps leaving notes for me to sign. Signing the note means he can silently leave the package outside for porch pirates to steal and I do not agree to that. The simple solution for me to get my package and for him to stop lying, is to just knock on the door. I will answer and accept my package.
The truck driver dumped my almost $500 package on the lawn, 80lbs, and ran fast to his truck ignoring my calls. He noted online that the package was left at my door. My door is 3 steps up and I could not lift the item. I called them multiple times, afraid it would be stolen as it is a high traffic area. Customer service told me 4 times that they would send driver back. They never did. By 10 pm I knew I had to find someone who could lift my item up those stairs. Also, by that time their "customer service" people where quite rude and unprofessional. I was frantic, I had ordered this item because I needed it and was worried it would get damaged in the rain or worse, stolen. I contacted the seller and they were appalled and embarrassed that I was having this experience. I shop online because I am disabled and never have I encountered such poor unreliable service compounded by the lies of the driver who was too lazy to properly execute his job. One star is too high a rating.
Rating O. The delivery driver for this route keeps leaving packages at the wrong address. The 1st time packages were left at my house I was able to reach someone by phone who assured me that the packages would be picked back up that same day and re-delivered. They weren't. Then, unbelievably I received an e-mail asking how I planned to remedy the situation. Delivery people need to be educated on how to read house numbers. It's NOT the publics responsibility to do their job for them. Also, headquarters needs to replace customer service representatives that DON'T DO THEIR JOB. When you try to communicate with the
m via e-mail you get such unrelated responses that you know you're wasting your time. They obviously don't give a crap about their customers. I hope the more reliable delivery companies run FedEx out of business.
This company's delivery persons repeatedly park in front of my house to deliver to another address across the street. The other address has just as much ready parking as my house. There is a no parking sign in front of my house, yet the drivers repeatedly stop there to go to another address. I am an elderly woman with related problems and when I see a truck because I am myself expecting deliveries and as I drop the phone call that I am on to go to the door, only to see the driver go across the street quickly and leave before I can get there. I want this to stop. FedEx's drivers are breaking the law stopping in an area where parking is not allowed according to city laws and going to another address. Right at this moment, I don't feel very human, but, yes, I am a human, as you ask me to check a box to confirm that I am human.
My package was scheduled for delivery on 4/24/20 and then changed to 4/25/20 and then changed to 4/26/20 and then once again changed to 4/27/20, then changed to delivery pending. On 4/27 I called FedEx to inquire about the delivery. I was given a case number and told I would be called. Four days passed and I still had not heard from FedEx. I called back on 4/30 and was told the delivery was still pending. Basically it would get to me when it gets to me. Agent was somewhat rude and dismissive. This package shipped on 4/22/20 and I am still waiting. I ordered an item from Home Depot on 4/19/20 and received it on 4/23. It was delivered by UPS.
