Extremely accommodating when it comes to delivery and pick-up. The way Kelvin delivered my pod to its destination really impressed me. Since the door was difficult to open while entirely empty, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to open it. With great grace, he took the time to adjust the pod’s contents so that the door could open. He was incredibly patient, courteous and helpful.
