My luggage had the proper tags on it yet the bus driver admit to take it off the bus and sending it back to Dallas . the tag said El Paso so some where in between the stop he took my bags off saying they was to go to Dallas they are not in Dallas or El Paso and no where else .IT contains xmas gifts and non replaceable items .the bus station has done nothing in trying to find they and they have no paper trail of them being sent anywhere .they where non apologetic to the mix up that clearly they caused, they said there camera don't work they just tell passage that . Please do not ride this bus with any important item .the bus restroom was out of order the entire ride and the police stopped the bus because the back tail light was out . ride at your own risk and they said it could take three month for me to find out ant thing...this was 12/29/19 leaving dallas at 2:10pm to El Paso 1:40am
bussed from Petawawa on to Ottawa.forgot to specify that l wanted off at Terry fox Dr.instead of in the terminal in Ottawa. got off the bus at Terry Fox dr. and the bus driver told me to get back on the bus . l said l had to get off here as my family were here to pick me up . l apologized for the mistake , but he kept yelling at me , throwing luggage around . l had 1 small suitcase and a gift basket . it was easily removed , but he yelled so much at me and everyone on the bus heard it . l made a mistake but he could have been a little more civil about this .l am 77 yrs old & l didn't need all this hassle!!!!!it was a very upsetting day for me .NO more bus ride for a while !!!!
