My local Mini Cooper Dealership, Mini Cooper of Kennesaw, GA, was performing work on my 2012 Mini Countryman. They failed to advise me of a TSB requiring work on the oil pump sensor, which they diagnosed as a problem. Later, when I found out and asked the dealer about the TSB, I had to send them a copy of the TSB beacause they were unaware. When I brought this to the attention of MiniUSA and requested assistance, MiniUSA advised my Mini was outside of warranty and would not assist with the repair. They refused to put that in writing and refused to acknowledge the dealership responsibility in knowledge of service recalls and TSBs.
