Dear Sir / Madam,
I have been discriminated in a dealer of Kawasaki Motorcycles please kindly find the address and contact details of them below.
BikerWorld Rosenow - Niederlassung Berlin
Alt-Mahlsdorf 106, 12623 Berlin
+49 30 56553741
I made an appointment for the test ride on 07.09.2019 which was confirmed to 11:00 am. I went there with my wife and been informed as below quoted:
“They are not allowed to let foreigners to a test ride. Anyone who would like to test ride should have German citizenship.”
I asked the reason for the discrimination and asked if they are also not allowed to sell motorcycles to the foreigners and I have been informed that due to the insurance which they work with forcing them to discriminate people.
I thanked them and left the dealer without any argument.
By the way, I have test rode a motorcycle in another motorcycle brand called Yamaha without any problem.
Regards
