Taco Bell complaints number & email.
Just left Taco Bell get back to work and everything I ordered was screwed up and got charged extra for stuff that wasn’t done. Ordered nacho bell grande no beans, extra cheese and sour cream, I get beans meat and a lil bit of cheese. Ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch extra ranch, barley had any ranch or anything in it for that matter.
WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED TO THE VERNAL TACO BELL. THEY ARE OUT OF EVERYTHING. I USED TO LOVE TO GO IN THERE BUT AS OF LATELY IT HAS CHANGED. WHY ARE THEY OUT OF EVERYTHING.
Had to use kiosk to order supposedly faster tool twice as long for order and was told had to order via kiosks
Saturday Night 1/4/2020, walked in with my daughter and her friends.. notice order machine on wall not in service.. no one at front counter but hear workers in back and drive thru , so we decided to look at menu and decided what we want after 10 no one still has not said nothing . When cashier finally approached the register , can I help you .. I asked for corporate number because we have been in this store at least or more than 10 minutes with no services ( but the girls wanted Taco Bell) . He walked off and went to a young lady telling her she wants corporate number , I can hear her say for what , he said I don’t know. By this time there are other customers in the restaurant . Me, I don’t want to order just you corporate number and your name , she called herself the manager, I don’t know the corporate number and I don’t have to give you my name is what she told me . Customer Service at the Taco Bell in Pelham, Al is awful . She told me that drive thru was her priority over walk in .. Sad part about all is that I am black but she did not come or send a cashier to wait on us until she notice and few white customers walk in the door , She admitted that she heard us at the counter but still not not recognize or greet us to order .. That should be a concern for your company .. my kids love Taco Bell buy no more .. my 13 year old and her friends waitness this kind of behavior and it’s 2020. They really should not have .
I ENTERED STORE AS USUAL TO ORDER BREAKFAST TO GO.. STOOD THERE AN STOOD THERE I SAID OLA RESPONSE GIRL POINTED TO YOUR NEW TV ON WALL . I SAID NO GOOD AN WALK OUT. WENT TO ANOTHER TACO BALL IN WANTAGH NO PROBLEM BUT WAS TOLD THEY GET THEIR BONUSES BY PROMPTING CUSTOMER TO DO ORDER THAT WAY NO GOOD IN MY BOOK. SO IF THATS THE NEW TACO BA

Tonight I ordered taco bell online for a quick pickup for dinner and this was the worst experience ever. I order two $5 chalupa boxes, a fiesta taco salad, crunchwrap supreme(with grilled chicken) and two cinnamon twists. When I arrived to pick up my order my order was ready. I was happy until I started to notice how light my bag was and I had almost $30.00 in food prepaid. I asked the cashier if he minded if I check it before I left and he had no problem with that. I looked at the taco salad and there was hardly anything on my salad when I order extra lettuce. I also ordered double shredded chicken (which is an upcharge x2), added guacamole, pico de gallo, jalapeno peppers, spicy ranch dressing (which each item also is an upcharge) all on the side, and asked that they remove the rice and beans in my salad. it was completely wrong. I got beef on my salad. I kept asking the staff if they could let me know what they put in my salad, nobody knew a thing. I asked about the dressing on the side and one of the workers said they discontinued the dressing and I had to use the sauces behind me(meaning the hot sauce). WOW.. I quickly got my phone out to review my order to help people understand that I was missing a lot of my food that I paid for. There was no cinnamon twists in my bag at all, no side items , no pico de gallo, no jalapenos, no dressing, no extra lettuce, no cups for my $5 chulupas! Finally I had to ask if there was even chicken on my crunch wrap supreme and still nobody knew a thing. After working through all of this, being patient and understanding, the manager finally came over to make sure my order was fulfilled. I just had to mention to her that I was not liking the idea of eating cold food tonight with my family. She responded that she could throw it all away and redo the order if I wanted. At that point I simply said no thank you. id hate to waist. Then she handed me a couple of free taco coupon(which is worth maybe $1.50). The only thing that was half way decent was the crunchwrap supreme, simply due to the fact that they remade that one while I was trying to figure out my salad disaster. So my daughters did not enjoy their cold and soggy $5 chalupa boxes. I let them share the only warm thing in the bag, the crunchwrap.
I always get the beef chalupa box and today I was told they don’t have it anymore. The menu has changed to only chicken chalupas & they do not look or taste anything like the old chalupas. Please bring back the old chalupas.
Several times lately Taco Bell has messed up our order. Yesterday, 12/15/19 we ordered two crunch wraps. One with no lettuce, no sour cream, with steak. The other with no sour cream, with steak + extra steak. They put the extra steak on the wrong one.
At other times they put the sour cream on after we order crunch wraps.
another crunch wrap order, no sour cream, extra meat. It came with sour cream and no extra meat. They made me another, without extra meat. Then they brought a half cup of extra meat to put in the wrap after I complained. The order was in front of them if they can read. I think I'll change habits. JH
