UPS complaints number & email.
Today I received a package from another company, no problems with that, But the person who delivered it said there was a UPS sticker on the door (front of apartment complex)
I went out to get it and the item said something about it will be delivered tomorrow.
Here's the problem it's address written on it is over 1900 number addresses above mine, and 2 streets away. Where do they hire these guys?
(example if my address where # 50 - the address listed would be #1950 to 1999)
I bet this stuff happens all the time too.
UPS sucks - the driver sits for 30 minutes, drives up a few house and sits for another 30 minutes. I have been using the follow my delivery and the truck has been on mu block for 3.5 hours and has moved 4 times
How long does it take to get a pack of SIM cards I paid for since last week Thursday UPS is slack and slow and unorganized Beyond upset and annoyed
All of the sudden every package I order has to have a signature. I ordered a simple blouse from a company I always order from and have to wait around all day for it. If I miss the 2 second interval that they may come I have to wait around another day. I will not order from any company that uses UPS anymore. UPS has changed and not for the better.
Never using UPS EVER I need my birth certificate for a job.
Things was fine 2 day shipping great, The day of shipping im waiting and it say driver could not find delivery address.
im told the if they driver don't see name on mail box he wont drop it off.
(package is supposed to be signed for why are you putting in the mail box)
so I try to pick it up. the place is 30+ min drive.. (not going there if I paid extra for it to be shipped fast)
then got it reshipped( supposed to come Monday ) was told the package is now lost.
next steps is legal action for fraud. that mean my birth certificate is in someone else hands.
hey, you ring the door, and then leave as i walk from kitchen to front? what the heck! you can even wait 30 seconds? absolutely terrible service
The service of UPS is abysmal. After twice requesting that my package be delivered with NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED, the driver left two notices that the item could not be left at my residence without a signature.
I was told by the customer service department that a supervisor would call me at 10am the following day to help resolve the matter. No one called. So, I called yet another service rep, who said that a supervisor would call me within the hour. Still, no one called.
This is how UPS does business, with incompetence and dishonesty? Terrible.
