Crystal Burlett was the ABSOLUTE Worst Adjuster I ever had! She literally did nothing to help me, I had to get the police and Medical info myself, I had to release the vehicle to her no less that 4 times both verbally and through emails and she still didn’t follow through on her end. Every time I called she didn’t answer and once switched her voicemail to say she was going on vacation in the middle of the process.

She took days to get back to me on every step of the process. I requested a Total Loss letter which she never sent. I requested another adjuster to no avail and now I have to go on the DMV website myself for a Release of Liability! She’s terrible! She even manually switched the seller and Owner info with the DMV to show I still owned the vehicle even though I already released it to her friend Craig at CALIBER COLLISION on Figueroa in Los Angeles over a month earlier. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an adjuster! I honestly think she should be fired, every other person I’ve dealt with using AAA was good.

I wouldn’t normally complain but I’m still dealing with her incompetence nearly 2 months after the incident.

I don’t pay over $2,000 a year for coverage to have to do EVERYTHING myself.
