My first purchase from DSW was this one. I received a wonderful deal on a pair of Bare Traps sandals with all the introductory promos. They didn’t seem to be consistent with other brands I’ve worn because they were too big. I immediately used their website to set up an exchange, and I soon received my smaller pair. Since the exchange was automatic, I did not deal with customer service, therefore I cannot speak to that aspect of the business. Only that plus the issue with size account for the four stars. Will suggest to other people.
